Local Red Bank residents, Jeff MacPherson, Billy Portman, John Shepherd and Marta Quinn, each having music as a part of their path in life, joined together and said collectively, “We need Porchfest in Red Bank.” Together, this power troupe put together Red Bank’s first Porchfest in 2022 and is eagerly planning the next ten years.
